Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Free trials last 14 days. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not send unsolicited bulk messages through the platform.

Your data

You own the data you put into Founderlane. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founderlane is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
