After 30 days

• Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded.
• Yearly plans cancelled after 30 days are not refunded, but you keep access until the end of the paid term.

How to request a refund

Email us from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request". Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
